How to Request a Refund

Visit our billing portal and submit a ticket under the "Billing / Refund Request" department. Please include your order ID, service details, and reason for refund.
Verification
Our team will verify your eligibility within 24 hours and may contact you for additional information if required.
Approval
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

- •Account Credit: Refunds are processed to your original payment method only. We do not offer account credit as an alternative to refunds.
