These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OC Networks' game server hosting and cloud infrastructure services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OC Networks Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, providing premium hosting solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, and exceptional customer support.

OC Networks provides the following services:

• Game Server Hosting: High-performance servers for Minecraft, Rust, Palworld, DayZ, and other games with customizable configurations and 24/7 monitoring.
• VPS Hosting: Virtual Private Servers with full root access, flexible configurations, and enterprise-grade hardware.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Scalable cloud solutions including load balancers, CDN services, and managed databases.
• Support Services: 24/7 technical support, migration assistance, and performance optimization.

As a client of OC Networks, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt our services

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Our services may not be used for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws or regulations
• Harassment, abuse, or threats against individuals or groups
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Activities that could overload or damage our infrastructure
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Adult content or services (excluding mature gaming content)

• 24/7 Support: Technical support available around the clock via ticket system and Discord.
• DDoS Protection: Enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation included with all services.
• Daily Backups: Automated daily backups with 7-day retention for data protection.

• All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is due immediately upon service activation or renewal
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
• Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

You authorize OC Networks to charge the payment method on file for recurring services until cancelled.

Either party may terminate services at any time. You may cancel your account through our control panel or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable causes.

Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 7 days, after which all data may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for backing up your data before termination.

OC Networks' total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions.
